Delivery & Shipping - AUSTRALIA
Deliveries within Australia are made using Australian Air Express. All deliveries within Australia will be charge a flat rate of $16. All items are sent via platinum express post. Once orders have been processed, shipping is estimated at 2 business days for metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days for regional and remote areas. All orders will be processed within 5 business days unless otherwise notified.
Please supply your best daytime address for shipping as Australia Post Requires a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, they will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.
Orders are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday with purchases made on weekends or public holiday processed on the next business day. In the event that the ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Delivery & Shipping – INTERNATIONAL
Most orders to outside of Australia are shipped via Australia Post services.
Deliveries will usually arrive within 7-10 days of shipping. Bulky packages or regional areas may take longer. Please note that lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser. Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $33.00 for all international purchases.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Online Exchange Policy
Exchange of garments is only permitted if the garment is returned within 7 days (or 5 business days) of the receipt of the original item. Garments received outside of this period of time will not be accepted for return. Any request for exchange of the garment should indicate the reason for the exchange and must be made to Lulu in Chains within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Garments can only be exchanged for a garment that is readily available at the time of the request for exchange.
If you have purchased a garment at a discounted price, during a promotion or for whatever reason, and you exchange the garment in accordance with the above procedure, you will not receive the same discount on second garment.
Online Returns Policy
We advise customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. Returns are only permitted if the garment is faulty. However, please note that all garments have been checked by our quality control time prior to sending and certified to be free of fault. Any request for return should indicate the reason for return and must be made to Lulu in Chains within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If you need to return your purchase please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or on 0431 984 558. Return will only be permitted if Lulu in Chains provides a return authorisation number (“RA”), and if the garment (together with the RA number) is returned within 5 business days from the date in which the RA number is issued. Items received outside this period of time will not be accepted for return. Sale items are non-refundable.
Returned goods must be unworn, have all swing tags attached and be in their original condition. All returned items will be reviewed for quality before return is accepted and processed.
All garments must be returned via Australia Post Express Post or Registered Post. Please remember to record the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit. The postage costs for retuning goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange for you will be re-sent at your cost. Your own return postage costs are non-refundable. We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 5 day period from purchase.
